About the Role
We’re looking for a compassionate, people-first professional to serve as the connection between patients and the care they’re seeking. In this role, you’ll support individuals as they explore vision and eye-care services, helping them navigate questions, understand their options, and take the next step with confidence.
As a Patient Advocate, you’ll communicate with patients by phone, text, and email, coordinate appointments across multiple practices, and ensure every interaction is thoughtful, professional, and seamless. You’ll also maintain accurate records, collaborate with clinic teams, and play an active role in refining the processes that shape the patient experience.
We’re seeking someone who combines strong communication skills with empathy, adaptability, and sound judgment. Experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare support, or patient coordination is valued, but the most important qualities are professionalism, reliability, and a genuine desire to help others.
